You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, phishing, scams, or fraud.
• Distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Service or its components, or use the Service in any automated (non-human) way.
• Share illegal pornographic content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or otherwise sexually exploit or harass others.
• Buy, sell, or offer illegal goods or services (e.g., drugs, firearms where illegal, forged documents) or facilitate such transactions.
• Promote or incite violence, or organize or promote activities widely recognized as illegal.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate others.
• Share illegal pornographic content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or otherwise sexually exploit or harass others.
• Engage in activities that are illegal in the majority of countries.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users, or harmed the Service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your content and for keeping your credentials/keys/passphrases secure. If you lose access, we may be unable to recover your encrypted data.

Service status and warranty

The Service is currently free and provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
